- I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years. (You may be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or it shows you are under 18)

- I agree that all information provided to Natasha Careford Aesthetics is correct to the best of my knowledge.
 

- Please attend your appointment alone, insurance will not cover children or plus one's in the clinic. 
 

- Please do not turn up early or late to avoid crossing over with over clients.
 

- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund. 
 

- I agree that booking fees are non refundable. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours notice, if you cancel or

reschedule within 48 hours of appointment your booking fee will NOT be refunded.
 

- Appointments can only be rescheduled once, more than this will require a new booking fee and your original one will be lost. 
 

- If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, this must be brought to the clinic's attention within 28 days of treatment via our email info@natashacareford.co.uk, where you will receive a response within 5 working days.
