  • I'm unsure which treatment to have?
    We offer free consultations to discuss your individual requirements. Alternatively, you can message and send photos/videos of the area of concern and we can advise on the best treatment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or we accept most major cards.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    All treatments over £100 require a £50 booking fee to secure your appointment. The payment link will be sent to you by email upon booking your appointment. Alternatively you can pay via bank transfer, please contact me for details. Booking fees are non refundable. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours notice, if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of appointment your booking fee will NOT be refunded.
  • What do I need to know before my appointment?
    Please attend your appointment without makeup on the area to be treated. Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after any injectable treatment. Please avoid caffeine and anti-inflammatory medication, eg. Ibuprofen on the day of your treatment. Please ensure you have completed your medical and consent forms prior to your appointment. These should be in your email inbox, if you are having trouble finding them please contact us.
  • Can I bring anyone to my appointment?
    Please attend your appointment alone. The treatment room does not have the space to accommodate any extra people. Due to health and safety, and insurance requirements, we can not have children present at appointments.
  • What happens if I am running late/can't make my appointment?
    There is free parking on the High Street and surrounding roads for up to 3 hours, but sometimes it can be tricky to find a space! Please allow adequate time for this. Alternatively, there is paid car parks located on Primett Road, SG1 3EE. Unfortunately, if you are late to your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short or cancelled and you will still be charged for the full appointment. Please always try and contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours notice, if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of appointment your booking fee will NOT be refunded.   • Can I purchase a gift voucher?
    Absolutely! Please contact us directly if you wish to purchase a gift voucher. They can be made out for the amount of your choosing and are redeemable against any treatment. Please see our Gift Voucher T&C's for full information.
